My strategy, planning and problem solving,  helps you as an owner/officer develop business skills and knowledge to overcome your barriers. These topics range from designing a business model or marketing plan, to determining which marketing techniques to use and how to use them. You’ll often help clients learn how to plan and implement project.

My work is collaborative, involving mostly the clients personnel and resources and the transfer of skills to the client. Although 70% of the annual work is generally for existing clients, it consists of predominantly new project work. My engagements are usually completed within one to six months. I  work against specific objectives with clearly-established outcomes and timing of project, contributing to client business goals.

For most clients, I look at the set up and structure of the companies overall marketing  plan. Including national and local components & exposure,  We involved members, component executives, staff officers, former members, prospective members, public policy-makers and other associations to formulate a comprehensive structure that brings services closer to members and creates higher levels of involvement, fostering greater perceived value-added.

Customer Service And Quality
I’ve designed numerous programs for retail, automotive, wholesale stores and many others,, developing the need for greater emphasis on customer service and relationships. When problems begin, your business must be proactive in designing solutions as part of the daily actively of the business.

Financial Review and Training

As the owner of I have assisted hundred of clients with accounting matters. From training to rebuilding financial files and minor forensic accounting. Knowing the numbers is one the most important area of any business. From start-up to 25 years old business, have good financials.
